Personal Data Processing Policy 1. General ProvisionsThis Personal Data Processing Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Klyueva Natalina Yuryevna (hereinafter — the "Operator").

2.9. User — any visitor to the website http://natalinaeducation.com/.
2.10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a defined group of persons.
2.11. 3. Categories of Personal Data the Operator May Process3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic (middle name).
3.2. Email address.
3.3. Phone numbers.
3.4. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
3.5. The data listed above are collectively referred to throughout this Policy as "Personal Data."
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to communicate with the User by sending emails, and to provide the User with access to the services, information, and/or materials available on the website.
4.2. The Operator also reserves the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. 7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data7.1. Prior to initiating any cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is required to verify that the foreign state to which the transfer is intended provides adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out if the data subject has provided written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
